Opportunities for Additional Learning

Our pupils are given the chance to develop skills for work, life and learning in a variety of different settings through our OPAL groups. The middle and upper school have OPAL weekly and sign up to the groups in which they would like to participate. Our current groups have a technology focus and the children are all enjoying learning lots of new skills through drama, engineering, eco, football, sewing, tablet technology, cookery and K’nex & Lego. We are lucky to have support from a stem ambassador for the engineering group, Andy Tarbet who trains our footballers and the Dramabox who are delivering our drama sessions.
